TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

INTRODUCTION
Denibright DSG is an eco-friendly blend of imported surfactants specially designed to improve brightness
and surface cleaning of any fabric or garments. Denibright DSG gives wetting effect and improves
hydrophilic properties of fabrics and garments. Denibright DSG can be used in pretreatment and finishing
steps of textile dyeing and garment washing processes.

APPLICATION
Garment washing units can use Denibright DSG in desizing, enzyme and finishing steps. Denibright DSG is
having anti color re-deposition properties and hence it helps indigo dyes retention on water surface and
helps ABS - Anti Back Staining agent work properly. It improves brightness of garment even after
potassium permanganate (PP) neutralization step.

Textile dyeing units can use Denibright DSG in scouring bath, before and after dyeing where surface
cleaning and brightness needs to improve. It can be used along with soaping agent and optical brighteners.

GENERAL GUIDLINES
The brightness effect depends on nature of fabric, type of process and application parameters. It is
recommended to check process parameters like garment / fabric load size, liquorratio, temperature, pH,
process time, dosage and rinsing cycles.

DOSAGE
It is recommended that the optimal dosage and conditions for the desired effect should be determined by
first experimenting with small amount of fabric or garments. Tentative dosage idea is given below.
Garments Washing Units: 3 to 7 gms per piece (dosage varies on basis of garment weight processing
step).
Textile Dyeing Units: 0.8% to 1.2% WOF

SRORAGE:
Store in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and heat for better shelf-life.
